📍  WHERE ARE YOU SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCTS FROM?

Four Wands Tarot Shop is based in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines.

All items ship from my home unless indicated otherwise in the product description (e.g. decks that ship straight from the manufacturer).

📍  WHO WRAPS AND PREPARES MY PACKAGES?

For items that ship from my home (stickers, magnets, washi tape, face masks, selected decks), I wrap and pack everything! Your items will be securely packed in recycled bubble wrap and shipped in a mailer envelope or equivalent packaging.

For items that ship straight from the manufacturer (Perspective Glass Oracle, Midnight Madness Tarot), the manufacturer will be in charge of wrapping and preparing your package.

While we trust our manufacturers to ship your deck securely, please understand that as I do not see the deck personally, I do not have any control over how it is packed.

📍  WHERE CAN YOU SHIP TO?

As of April 2021, our local postal services can only ship to: Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Guam, Hawaii, Hongkong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, USA Mainland, Vietnam

If you live outside of these countries, I can only ship to you via DHL. Please select "Everywhere else" >> "DHL" as your shipping option upon checkout.

📍  WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED OUT?

Shipping days are Tuesdays & Thursdays. I do not ship on weekends as the post office is closed.

Please be patient as there are still movement and transportation restrictions in Manila, and I cannot go to the post office or courier every day!

📍  HOW LONG UNTIL MY PACKAGE ARRIVES TO ME?

For items that ship from my home in Taguig, Metro Manila Philippines:

PHLPost regular mail usually delivers international packages between 2-8 weeks.

DHL delivers international packages in approximately 1 week.

JRS usually delivers local packages in 2-5 days.
